Rugrats is to the 90s as Family Guy is to the new millennium. Rugrats was the "ish" and deserves a number one spot always. We hated then loved Dill and got lost in Paris.They grew up when we did but we lost touch with our favorite babies. Everyone wanted to be friends with Tommy. Everyone knew an Angelica and everyone thought a Reptar Bar looked like the most delicious treat. We miss you Rugrats.
